in 1948 to house mountain workers and pioneer climbers,
it was annexed to the the former Juan D Perón
Hotel, nowadays Hotel Uspallata. Fully renovated,
it offers comfortable mountain lodging and services
for visitors wanting to experience the magnificent Andean
Region.
Situated over 6500 ft above sea
level on a 200 acres tract by the legendary International
Route 7 that connects Mendoza, Argentina, with the neighboring
country of Chile through a high Andes pass. Uspallata
is an elevated valley surrounded by the Precordillera
range and the Andean range. A place of breathtaking
panoramas and a myriad of options for the extreme sports
and adventure enthusiasts.
